<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing material sheet for solar cell which has superior light resistance and thermal resistance and is high in stability while having superior processability of fusing/processing processes etc., and high transparency. <P>SOLUTION: The sealing material sheet for solar cell contains an ethylene vinylacetate copolymer resin (A) and a hydride of a C9-based aromatic hydrocarbon resin (B) having high compatibility with (A).
