PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branch adapter matching impedance and minimizing a branch loss even when a high frequency signal flows bidirectionally. SOLUTION: The branch adapter comprises a circuit and a port before branching transformer element. The circuit has a combination of four transformer elements wherein, regarding two sets constituted of two transformer elements connecting one secondary-side terminal of the transformer element with each other, other secondary-side terminals of the transformer elements in the sets are linked with each other and the linked secondary-side terminals are connected with each other via an impedance element. The port before branching transformer element uses a primary side as a port before branching. Then, one secondary-side terminal of the port before branching transformer element is connected to one connecting part connecting the secondary side terminals of the two transformer elements with each other, and the other secondary-side terminal of the port before branching transformer element is connected to a connecting part connecting the other secondary sides of the two transformer elements.
