PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the working accuracy of a return passage formed in a drilling process by using a simple means. SOLUTION: In this device, a return passage 5 of a circuit where balls 2 are circulated is provided to a ball nut 3. The return passage 5 penetrates in the ball nut 3 in the axial direction. From both end faces 3a and 3b sides of the ball nut 3 where the axial line S of the return passage forming position passes, a drilling work is applied by a drill separately respectively to form a through-hole 5 for return passage. An end cap 4 and a circulation groove 4a are also provided.
