PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confectionery packaging bag for preventing sweets from biting into an opening caused by the slip of the sweets when being filled in a confectionery packaging bag for individually packaged sweets and the disorder of the arranged packaging of sweets packaged individually, reducing the troubles on a packaging machine and improving the production efficiency. SOLUTION: A confectionery packaging bag is used for packaging sweets packaged individually, and an opening 2 is formed at least on one side of a synthetic resin film. An anti-slip coated layer 4 is formed on the side of an inner face 1A of a confectionery packaging bag 1, preferably on a design layer 3, by using a binder for coating. An anti-slip section to be formed by using the binder for coating is formed on the inner face side of the packaging bag, and when sweets packaged individually are filled and the opening is sealed, the sweets packaged individually can be prevented from biting into the sealing section of the opening.
