PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing lever device of valve capable of setting the valve opening degree finely, excellent in corrosion resistance, and having pawls and/or teeth unlikely to be broken even if an external force is applied. SOLUTION: The opening/closing lever device of valve includes a handle 8 installed rigidly on the upper part of a stem and opens and closes a flow passage by turning operation of the handle within the range 90 degs., wherein teeth form 3 of a gently sloping crest shape are provided in a sector form, and a rocking plate 1 furnished on its oversurface with graduations for indicating the degree of opening is fixedly attached to a top flange installed in the upper part of the valve body. At the end located ahead of a bearing part 12, a lever 16 furnished with a pawl part having at least two crests to make engagement with teeth form 3 formed on the rocking plate 1 is borne on the handle 8 is such a way as movable in the vertical direction and is put in elastic repulsive engagement with the handle 8 by a spring in a position behind the bearing part 12 of the handle 8.
