PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a stable operation without receiving the influence of a spring, even in a high speed rotation area. SOLUTION: This flexible shaft coupling consists of the left side and the right side diaphragm units 19A and 19B composed by installing a flange 18 to the outer periphery of the small diameter part 16a of a side tube 16 through a diaphragm 17, and a center tube 20 welded between the large diameter parts 16b of the side tube 16. In this case, the eccentric amount (e) of the center tube 20 to the diaphragm units 19a and 19B is detected. The outer peripheral surface of the center tube 20 is machined depending on the eccentric amount (e), and the rotation balance is corrected.
