SOLUTION: It is furnished with rotors 5, 7 to be engaged with each other on their respective crest teeth 57, 59 and trough teeth 63, 61 and a casing having a rotor chamber 31 to store them, an inflow port 33 communicated to the rotor chamber 31 and an outflow port 35, and a part 103 on which coating is applied and a part 105 on which coating is not applied are alternately provided on tooth surfaces of the rotors 5, 7.
