PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce drag torque without spoiling a torque transmitting mechanism by arranging a changeover means which selectively communicates a fluid pressure operating source to the atmosphere in a circuit connecting a reserve tank to the fluid pressure operating source by a working fluid circulating means. SOLUTION: A working fluid circulating means 6 is provided with a reserve tank 65, working fluid in the reserve tank 65 is sucked up by a hydraulic pump 60 through a passage 661, and discharged to a passage 662. An electromagnetic changeover valve 69 is arranged on the passage 661 connecting the reserve tank 65 to the hydraulic pump 60. The electromagnetic changeover valve 69 communicates the reserve tank 65 with the hydraulic pump 60 in the case of OFF, and in the case ON, the communication is intercepted to communicate the hydraulic pump 60 to the atmosphere through a filter 70. Hereby, air sucked by communicating the hydraulic pump 60 with the atmosphere is introduced to a fluid coupling, and the working fluid quantity in an operating chamber is reduced to quickly reduce drag torque.
