PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the emulsification of a lubricating oil in air compressors by allowing an operation selecting means to select the operation of only partial air compressors out of a plurality of air compressors or the simultaneous operation of all the air compressors, and controlling the operation of the air compressors according to the detected air pressure. SOLUTION: In a rolling stock M1, the discharge side of an air compressor CM1 is connected to a main air tank 102 through a dehumidifying device 101, and an MR pipe 104, which is a main compressed air passage, piped through each rolling stock is connected to the secondry side of the main air tank 102. Pneumatic equipments (an air brake device, a door opening/closing device, and the like) of a train is connected to the MR pipe 104. The same constitution is applied to a rolling stock M6. In this case, synchronizing lines Ls for connecting cable ways passing through pressure governors 103, 203 from control circuit breakers 108, 208, to each other are connected to a selector device 110 of compressors CM1, CM2, and the operation of the air compressors CM1, CM2 is controlled according to air pressure detected by a pressure switch 105.
