MANUFACTURE OF PRECAST CONCRETE ARCHED UNIT PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing arched unit panels whereby a common molding form can be used and products corresponding to different widths can be manufactured easily. SOLUTION: An arched channel 15 is formed by joining the tops 6 of arched unit panels 1 together. A molding operation is performed while the dimension of the top 6 in the direction of the width (h) of the arched channel 1 is adjusted to match the width (h). Adjustment of the dimension of the top 6 enables adjustment of the width of the arched channel 15 comprising the arched unit panels 1 joined together. Since the arched unit panels 1 can be manufactured simply by changing only form panels used for molding the mating surfaces 9 of the tops 6, arched channels 15 of different widths can be formed using a common form.
