PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping fitting for a portable mobile temporary steel pipe scaffolding board, which is reusable, and ensures reliability without the aid of special tools, etc. SOLUTION: A clamping fitting for a scaffolding board is formed of a main body 10 having a connecting insertion portion of a U-shaped shaped sideward clamp surface 11a and a downward clamp surface 11b, and an upper liner plate 2 and a lower liner plate 7 for suppressing a long unit section scaffolding pipe 21, are arranged at respective upper and lower portions of the main body 10. The upper liner plate 2 has a locking means for being installed on a locking pin of the main body, which is slidable by means of an clearance groove, and is restricted from entering the clearance groove when locked. The lower liner plate 7 has a locking means for being installed on a locking pin 8b of the main body, which is slidable by means of the clearance groove, and is restricted from entering the clearance groove when locked, as well. Further, the lower liner plate 7 is provided with a fixing belt 1.
