Provided are a PSA composition capable of forming a PSA having an excellent high-temperature cohesive strength and low-temperature adhesive strength with low corrosiveness to metal; and a PSA sheet formed of the composition. The PSA composition comprises a copolymerization product of a monomer mixture having a composition containing at least an alkyl (meth)acrylate having an alkyl group with 1 to 20 carbon atoms and an oxazoline-group-containing unsaturated monomer (monomer m2). The amount of monomer m2 relative to all monomer components is 1 to 70 % by weight.
