PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material for displaying capable of making a cost low by using a paper-made sheet-like material and stably storing a container equipped with a projecting part often lacking installation stability while time and effort for sorting processing at the time of abandonment is avoided. SOLUTION: In the packaging material 1 for displaying in which a box-shaped part 10 for storing the container 2 equipped with the projecting part 22 is provided by bending the paper-made sheet-like material, a side face of the box-shaped part 10 is formed open, and sheet-like materials 16 and 17 extended from one side of an end edge of this open side face are bent and are inserted inward of the box-shaped part 10, and the tip parts 16a and 17a of the inserted sheet-like materials 16 and 17 are furthermore bent to separate from the inner face of the opposing box-shaped part 10, to pinch the projecting part 22 of the container 2 stored in the box-shaped part 10 with the sheet-like materials 16 and 17 extended from the one side of the end edge of the open side face.
