Folding box gluing machine for manufacturing folding boxes made from blanks

The machine has a folding station for folding blank sections provided with adhesive strips around 180 degrees. A rotating station rotates the flatly conveyed blank sections around an axis perpendicular to a conveying plane using belt conveyors. Additional belt conveyors (5, 5') are provided for turning the former belt conveyors. The blank sections are selectively supplied to the belt conveyors. A rotating module (19) of the rotating station is moved from a working position into an inactive parking position by manual operation or by using motors. An independent claim is also included for a method for increasing a processing speed of folding box blanks, which are processed without rotation in a folding box gluing machine with a rotating station.
