The present invention relates to a food waste crusher which crushes food waste and extrudes the food waste for dehydrating and drying. Specifically the food waste crusher comprises the following: a housing in a polygonal container shaped inner surface; a cutter including a screw blade and a secondary blade on the upper side, and a disk with slits and a horizontal blade on the lower side; an extruding pipe with more than one reinforcing rib on the mesh outer surface; and a screw installed on the inside of the extruding pipe. The food waste crusher smoothly crushes food waste, and prevents the extruding pipe from ripping by internal pressure.
