摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that enables a reactive power and a harmonic current to be compensated cost effectively. <P>SOLUTION: An LC circuit 20 has a series resonance circuit, in which capacitors 21u, 21v, 22w (or 22u, 22v, 22w) are connected to reactors 23u, 23v, 23w in series. A series circuit of the series resonance circuit of the LC circuit 20 and secondary windings 31u2, 31v2, 31w2 of a transformer 30 is connected to power lines 3u, 3v, 3w. A control device 50 controls a semiconductor power conversion device 60 to supply primary currents Itu, Itv, Itw for compensation to the primary windings 31u, 31v, 31w of the transformer 30.
