<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a data generating method for component suction data, which can increase the number of components which can be mounted on a substrate by a single component transfer operation; a component mounting method; a data generating device; and a component mounting machine. <P>SOLUTION: As to respective components P to be mounted on the substrate PB, a rotation angleϕ1 by which the component is rotated by a suction nozzle 13 before it is mounted on the substrate PB after being sucked by the suction nozzle 13 is calculated, and the respective components P are grouped into a first group whose calculated angleϕ1 of rotation is 0 degree and a second group whose angleϕ1 of rotation is not 0 degree, and the components are made to belong to any one of the groups. Then, component suction data comprising only components P that belong to the first group are generated for the components P that belong to the first group, and component suction data comprising only components P that belong to the second group are generated for the components P that belong to the second group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
