<p>A memory unit (18) manages a common key table that is to be formed by merging a plurality of partial common key tables that include a plurality of common keys. A security processor (15) performs a security process on data by using any of the common keys within the common key table managed by the memory unit (18). A MAC frame processor (14), a modem (13), and an RF unit (12) transmit the data on which the security process has been performed. A key updater (153) updates the common key table by adding a new partial common key table to the common key table.</p> |
