<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve mobile computing which enables a removable medium to carry each software and set environment for a personal computer, which are accustomed in use without depending upon the environment of a personal computer body and in a continuous utilizable form so that the software and set environment can be used by a plurality of personal computers. <P>SOLUTION: An utilization environment, such as simply setting up each software is provided by recognizing an individual identification code of removable media connected to a personal computer by a USB specification, or the like to achieve an individual service that corresponds to the respective removable media.
