PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve portability and to enable many times use of a shoes cover protecting of the surroundings from soil of shoes or the shoes from soil. SOLUTION: The retractable shoes cover storing a thin shoes cover by winding it is fixed to an ankle, which is pulled out as necessary to use and is wound again for storage. Thus, a plurality of times of use is possible with easiness to carry along. Further, it is possible to incorporate a spring for keeping energy in pulling out the shoes cover and winding it again, with the increased convenience. It can be put on or off at the flip of a switch without trouble of carrying around, so that it is useful as a shoes cover at a workshop for repetitive uses or as the one for a toddling baby who has no idea of choosing a place.
