The present invention relates to a reduction index calculation method using a reduction degradation index inside a blast furnace comprising: an input step for inputting the reduction temperature of a blast furnace; a reduction degradation index calculating step for calculating a predetermined reduction degradation index about the reduction temperature inputted in the input step; a substituting step for substituting the reduction degradation index calculated in the reduction degradation index calculating step for a determined operation expression; and a reduction index predicting step for predicting a reduction index by calculating the value substituted in the substituting step using the operation expression. The present invention enables users to calculate a reduction index even though not in a determined temperature section since an operation expression is calculated through a correlation between a reduction degradation index for searching reduction degradation properties in the determined temperature (450, 550, 650, and 750 degrees Celsius) section, and a reduction index for searching reduction properties using an identical sintered ore sample after a reduction degradation in order to understand reduction degradation properties for each location of a sintered ore which passes various temperature sections inside a blast furnace.
