The present invention relates to a molding apparatus for a honeycomb core which makes a curved surface using a flat shaped honeycomb basic material. Provided is the molding apparatus for the honeycomb core which comprises: a chamber which is heated; a first mold unit which is equipped in the chamber and includes lower frames which make the curved surface in order to be corresponded with the shape of the lower surface of the honeycomb core and a supporting bar which supports the lower frame in order for the lower frame to be distanced inside the chamber; a buckle line prevention unit which is equipped on the first mold unit and interlocked with deformation of the honeycomb basic material, and in which the lower surface of the honeycomb basic material is supported in order for pressure added to the honeycomb basic material to be dispersed; and a second mold unit which includes an upper frame which makes the curved surface by being corresponded to the shape of the upper surface of the honeycomb core and gets close to or grows apart from the lower frame and a hydraulic cylinder which adjusts separation distance between the lower frame and the upper frame. For a part having a curvature section when the honeycomb basic material is deformed, pressures added to a stretched surface and a compressed surface are dispersed and strength is homogenized so that a buckle line phenomenon, in which hexagonal cell walls are collapsed, can be prevented and quality of the honeycomb core can be enhanced.
