PURPOSE: A link device for transmission and governing is provided to improve the operational convenience of a driver while driving a vehicle by enabling to connect and disconnect transmission and govern the functions with a simple operation. CONSTITUTION: A link device for transmission and speed control comprise a governor arm (20), a governor connecting pin (30), a connection locking pedal (40), and a transmission and governing pedal (50). The governor arm changes an engine output according to a displacement. The governor connecting pin is connected or disconnected to the governor arm with the operation of the connection locking pedal or a connection unlocking pedal (60). The connection locking pedal is connected to the governor connecting pin and fastens the governor connecting pin to the governor arm by applying a force. The transmission and governing pedal converts a transmission ratio to move a vehicle back and forth. The transmission and governing pedal controls the transmission and governing functions when the governor connecting pin is connected to the governor arm according to the operation of the connection locking pedal. |
