PURPOSE: A membrane filter structure and a pap smear method using the same are provided to form circles in which cells are uniformly distributed without overlapping and denaturizing the cells while spreading the specimen cells on a slide. CONSTITUTION: A membrane filter structure comprises a membrane body (100), a sedimentation guide (200) and an inside kit (300). The membrane body has through-holes inside for solution liquid to be passed, and a membrane film (150) is fixed to the upper circumference of the through-holes. A hollow (205) is formed in the sedimentation guide in order to be inserted in the upper circumference surface of the membrane body. The lower part of the sedimentation guide can be entered inside a fitting portion of the membrane body in case pressure is delivered from the top. The inside kit is inserted and bound from the lower side of the membrane body to inside the through-holes. An accommodating groove (305) is formed in the inside kit so that cushion members (350) can be arranged in the top of the kit. Multiple drain holes are formed in the inside kit so that the solution liquid can be passed. A suction zig is bound in the lower part of the inside kit. |
