The present invention relates to a method for rolling a stainless steel material, which includes a first step of cold-rolling and thermally treating a stainless steel material; a second step of rolling the heat treated stainless steel material twice or more by using an embossed rolling roll; a third step of performing a bright heat treatment on the rolled stainless steel material; a fourth step of finally rolling the bright heat treated stainless steel material by using the embossed rolling roll; and a fifth step of minutely correcting the finally rolled stainless steel material with a shape correcting device, and which obtains the luxurious texture having low luster by transferring a minute and constant uneven portion on the surface of the stainless steel material by controlling the surface profile and rolling rate of the rolling roll by stage in a multi-stage rolling process.
