PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventionally the strength of a structure that has an opening part of a temperature detecting means provided at a central part of a top plate by the post-working is not sufficient, and the top plate tends to be broken at the opening part formed at a central part thereof, when a pan is dropped onto the top plate due to carelessness. SOLUTION: A top plate 2 is formed by burning a ceramic material molded into a shape of a top plate 2 and formed with an opening part 6 at a central part thereof. A part of a temperature detecting means 3 is exposed toward a material to be heated in the opening part 6, so as to accurately detect the temperature of the material to be heated. |
