PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera into which the user can easily input the file name of the image taken by itself, and a method of inputting a file name into the digital camera. SOLUTION: This digital camera is equipped with a memory 35 which records the file name of an image when recording the information of the image obtained by taking the photograph of a subject as a digital signal, and an input tablet 36 for inputting the file name of the image.
