An ink injecting device for an ink cartridge is disclosed. The present invention includes a swing device for mounting an ink cartridge; a motor for driving the swing device; a pump which is connected to the ink cartridge and a waste ink collecting unit through transfer pipes to take out oil from the ink cartridge and supply new ink to the ink cartridge; a control unit which is electrically connected to the motor and the pump in order to send electrical signals to the same; a motor switch for driving the motor; a pump switch for operating the pump; and a motor converter and a pump converter for converting power supplied to the motor and the pump from AC into DC.
