The present invention relates to a novel biphenyl-3-carboxamide derivative or salt thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing autoimmune diseases comprising the same. The biphenyl-3-carboxamide derivative or salt thereof has excellent controlling effect for cytophagy of macrophage, and can be used as a pharmaceutical composition or an immunosuppressant for treating or preventing autoimmune diseases including rheumarthritis.
