The present invention relates to method of manufacturing a functional oriental medicinal composite box. The method comprises: a first process of making a natural antimicrobial extract using herbal medicine; a second process of putting the natural antimicrobial extract in the first process into an electrolytic bath of an electrolyzation device, electrolyzing the natural antimicrobial extract by connecting a nickel rod and a titanium rod to positive and negative pols of the electrolyzation device to make a strong natural antimicrobial agent; a third process of making a natural dehumidifying deodorant mineral composite by mixing fine charcoal power, which is charcoal made of oak wood having dehumidifying and deodorant effects, zeolite powder, and silica gel power at a predetermined proportion; a fourth process of making a glue composite by mixing the charcoal composite powder in the third process with glue (polysol, acryl, sodium silicate, etc.) used as adhesives in a manufacturing process for paper boxes at a predetermined proportion and using the glue composite as adhesives for a paper box; and a fifth process of mixing the natural antimicrobial agent in the second process with water at a predetermined proportion and spraying or depositing for sanitation treatment of the interior of the paper box. In above processes, it is possible to manufacturing a functional oriental medicinal composite box that is excellent at antibacterial property, dehumidification, and deodorization from a paper box. |
