Disclosed are a device for installing blades for a wind power generator and a method using the same for installing the blades for a wind power generator. A device for installing blades for a wind power generator according to an embodiment of the present invention includes tower/blade connecting assemblies including blade posture adjusting units which adjust postures of the blades around to a hub for installing the blades on the hub while the tower and at least one blade are each gripped; and an align detecting unit which detects whether blade root units and blade connecting units are mutually aligned or not by extracting each edge from overlapped images of the blade root units and the blade connecting units of a hub where the blade root units are inserted and comparing the same.
