A variable display device and a display method thereof are provided to relocate the image of an area which is contacted with a finger, thereby enabling a user to use a touch screen as covering portions which the user can view. A location information detection part(100) detects the location information of a finger coming in contact with a touch screen. The area extraction part(110) extracts the finger contact area based on the detected location information. An area arrangement part(120) relocates the hidden image positioned within the extracted finger contact area to the extracted finger contact area, a shadow area around the finger contact area and a relocation disable area including a user interface area. |
