PURPOSE: An agricultural and marine product drying apparatus is provided to uniformly dry agricultural and marine products for maintaining uniform quality. CONSTITUTION: A circulation chamber (200) is connected to a drying chamber which includes agricultural and marine products. A connection chamber (300) is connected to the circulation chamber. A duct (400) is connected to the connection chamber, and has one side with a heat outlet inserted into the drying chamber. A blower unit (600) forcibly flows air through the heat outlet to be inserted into the drying chamber. An agricultural and marine product drying apparatus additionally includes a heating unit (700). Plural trays (500) are laminated along the drying chamber to load the agricultural and marine products. A heater unit (800) is located on one side of the trays to apply heat to the trays. |
