According to the present invention, a user can stably communicate in areas which are difficult to communicate with satellites, and can perform an accurate GPS observation by reducing errors. Additionally, the present invention enables users to safely and conveniently transfer a GPS system to areas with an unstable moving passage to the measurement location. |
