The present invention relates to a surface coating composition of a compressor sliding part and, more specifically, to a surface coating composition which includes organosilane compounds and inorganic metallic compounds. Also, the present invention relates to a compressor sliding part with a first coating layer formed by primary coating with a surface coating composition. The present invention relates to a surface coating composition of a compressor sliding part and a compressor sliding part, which improves lubrication of the sliding part, and adhesion, lubrication, durability of a sliding composition by forming a second coating layer by secondary coating the surface of the compressor sliding part with the sliding composition.
