A rope support device for a wind turbine is disclosed. The rope support device for a wind turbine according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: multiple coupling straps which surround and couple the route part of each blade and have at least one fastening part; multiple connection straps which connect each of the coupling straps; and a connection ring which is installed in at least one among the coupling straps and the connection straps and hangs and supports a rope for maintenance.
