The present invention relates to an account structure requesting service device and a method capable of helping an investor by enabling an investment counselor to analyze an account of the investor when the investor requests an account structure requesting service (SOS). The method comprises a step for enabling the investor to write an account structure requesting document (Q10); a step for enabling the investor to request the account structure requesting service (Q20); a step for enabling a structure request analyzing program to classify and assign a set of structure request information (Q30); a step for enabling the investment counselor to read the account structure requesting document, write a solution plan, and store the same (Q40); and a step for displaying the solution plan read by the investor (Q50). Therefore, the investor reduces damage, which is caused by the depreciation in stock price, in an emergency situation.
