WATER PRESSURE DISSIPATING FILTER MAT

The present invention relates to a filter mat which is installed on an inclined surface inside a revetment and quay wall constructed in the sea, so as to prevent reclamation soil (or dredging soil) inside the revetment and quay wall from spilling to the outside (sea), and, more specifically, to a filter mat for dissipating water pressure, wherein the filter mat prevents the washing away of the reclamation soil or the dredging soil and damage to the mat by allowing seawater to flow in a seat valve which is opened by the water pressure when the water level of the outside (sea) is high. According to the present invention, the filter mat for dissipating the water pressure comprises: a main mat member installed between a filter riprap and the reclamation soil or the dredging soil; inflow units installed on the main mat member at regular intervals and having a mesh form to allow the inflow of the seawater; and the seat valves having one side attached to the main mat member and the other side performing the movement of a pendulum with the attached side as the center in order to open and close the inflow units.
