PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulling out tool for gripping an object to be pulled out such as a rodlike, wedge-shaped, nail-shaped object, etc., in a stuck state in a base material by an adjustable nipping force and pulling out the object in which the operation has conventionally depended on the human hand. SOLUTION: This pulling out tool is equipped with a hinge pin 3 which has clipping claws 2a and 2b with mutually opened claw tips 1a and 1b by the restoring force of an elastic member 15 having an projected tip and which both the clipping claws have in common and with a flange 4 longitudinally movable behind the hinge pin in which the clipping claw 2a is adjustably connected by a connection force to an arm member 14 on a sliding face, the clipping claw 2a is provided with a catch part 6 pushing the clipping claws 2a and 2b forward against the advance of the flange 4, the clipping claw 2b is provided with an inclination inside 8 acting so as to press and close the claw tip 1b in the direction of the claw tip 1a against restoring force of the elastic member 15 through the hinge pin 3 relatively to the backward movement of the flange 4. The pulling out tool is combined with a power source 10 for moving the flange 4 forward and backward. The arm member 14 is equipped with a guide 11 for sliding the clipping claw 2a in the longitudinal direction and the arm member 14 is connected to the power source 10.
