The present invention relates to an auto clave process apparatus and includes: a process chamber in which an auto clave process is performed; a pressurizing unit for applying or releasing air pressure in the process chamber; a temperature alternating unit for increasing or decreasing temperature in the process chamber; and a supporting unit which comprises a number of layers and is arranged in the process chamber and supports a flexible display panel. The pressurizing unit applies multi-directional air pressure to the flexible display panel supported by the supporting unit. Thus, various factors capable of causing pressure difference like step, flatness of the flexible display panel can be overcome by applying the multi-directional air pressure to the flexible display panel. Also, the apparatus can maximize adhesive force between a liquid crystal cell and a polarization plate and at the same time can reduce vacuum maintenance time and costs, by maintaining vacuum state of the space accommodated in the flexible display panel in higher vacuum state than the process chamber. Also, the apparatus can increase reliability of the auto clave process, by minimizing total heat deviation in the process chamber through heating or cooling by convection circulation in the process chamber.
