The present invention relates to a direct current uninterruptible power supply device and a control method thereof and, more specifically, to a direct current uninterruptible power supply device (100), having both ends in parallel to a first node (21) and a second node (22) wherein the first node is one end of a power supply part (10) including a power sensor for measuring an outputted voltage value and the second node is one end of a load (20) receiving voltage from the power supply part (10), comprising: a battery charging part (120) connected to a third node (23) positioned between the first node (21) and the second node (22), and, in the case that the voltage provided from the power supply part (10) to the load (20) is deviated from a predetermined allowable voltage range, connected among a battery (110), the first node (21) and the third node (23), transmitting the output voltage of the power supply part (10) to the battery (110) and charging the battery (110); and a DC/DC converter (130) connected between the third node (23) and the second node (22) for controlling a maximum output voltage of the battery (110) to have a minimum value in the allowable voltage range.
