The present invention relates to a method for controlling a multi-point touch display of an image sensor-type, which is capable of recognizing a touch tool clearly and easily. In other words, a method for controlling a multi-point touch display of an image sensor-type according to the present invention comprises: an image sensor sensing step for photographing and sensing a touch tool through an image sensor at the edge of the upper part of a flat panel display; and a shadow area sensing step for sensing a shadow area through an infrared sub recognition tool which cannot be sensed by the image sensor sensing step. Thus, the method of the present invention can perform the shadow area sensing step for sensing the touch tool in the shadow area to compensate for the recognition of the touch tool in the shadow area by the image sensor, thereby recognizing a multi-point touch by the touch tool clearly and easily. |
