Disclosed is a tape for detecting damage to a wind turbine blade and a method for detecting damage to the blade using the same. The tape for detecting damage to a wind turbine blade according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a detection layer which is attached to the detection surface of the blade and is coated with a detection agent which reacts with gas sprayed to the inside of the blade and a metal plate which is attached to the bottom of the detection layer so that at least a part of the detection layer can be exposed.
