The present invention relates to a corrosion preventing apparatus and, more specifically, to a corrosion preventing apparatus which is capable of preventing a corrosion phenomenon generated in an electronic product or a metal structure including a bridge, a water supply and drainage pipe, and a gas pipe, etc. without the use of an expendable sacrifice anode material. According to the present invention, the corrosion preventing apparatus comprises: a macroelectrode combined to one side of the metal structure; an ion conductive layer formed between the metal structure and the macroelectrode; and a voltage follower part, where an input side is connected to the macroelectrode, and an output side is connected to the metal structure, for applying a voltage, which is the same size as a voltage applied to the input side from the macroelectrode, to the metal structure through the output side. According to the present invention, costs, which are required for corrosion prevention of the metal structure, are reduced since corrosion of the metal structure can be prevented by using the macroelectrode which is made of a comparatively low price metal material instead of using an expensive expendable material such as a sacrifice anode material. |
