The present invention relates to a cloud based memoryless communication device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a high speed communication chip is used for smooth cloud computing. A network is connected by using the high speed communication chip only instead of an expensive voice modem. A terminal can be minimized and production costs can be reduced.
