The purpose of the present invention is to use as a lifesaving apparatus, comprising: a life ring (200) on which a user hangs his/her arms; a lower body part (300) where the user's legs are inserted and which has water-proof function; and an upper body part (100) having an opening and closing means (120) and a main body (110). The main body is made of a transparent material having water-proof function, and the opening and closing means has opening and closing function and water-proof function. The upper and lower body parts are folded and temporarily fixed in the upper and lower part of the life ring, and in case of emergency, the user puts his/her legs into the opening and closing means, then stretches the lower body part downward, and inserts the legs into the lower body part, and then the user closes the opening and closing means of the upper body part from inside, hence, the contact between the user and water is blocked, and the body temperature of the user can be kept. |
