PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully reduce the exhaust noise by elaborately adjusting the acoustic transfer characteristic of an exhaust conduit line according to kinds of equipment and the body of construction machinery or the aged deterioration of the same body. SOLUTION: In an exhaust system of construction equipment in which a muffler 13 is connected to an engine 12 of the construction equipment 12, an exhaust conduit line is arranged in a muffler exhaust pipe 13c and the exhaust G discharged from the muffler 13 is released into the atmosphere through the exhaust conduit line, an exhaust tube construction body 32 forming at least a part of the exhaust conduit pipe is arranged therein and a middle part 37 of bellows structure is set in a part of the exhaust tube construction body 32 so as to be expandable in the direction of the tube length.
