PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster information receiving processing device which is required to be attended by no man during nights and holidays, receives disaster information through telephone, and automatically notifies a person in charge of the information. SOLUTION: A disaster information receiving processing device is equipped with a DTMF receiver 14 which receives signals transmitted by manipulating the keys of a telephone, a disaster information acquiring means 21 which obtains disaster information on the basis of the signals received by the DTMF receiver 14, an information forming means 22 which forms information that is notified to related agencies on the basis of the disaster information acquired through the disaster information acquiring means 21, and a transmission processing means 23 which transmits the information formed by the disaster information acquiring means 21 to the corresponding related agencies.
