The present invention relates to an insulation box for urethane foaming and a urethane foaming method using the same and, more specifically, to an insulation box for urethane foaming utilized for insulating a hold of a vessel for transporting cargoes of low temperatures or a ground structure and a marine structure and a urethane foaming method using the same. The present invention processes a urethane foaming task after increasing the mechanical strength of the hexahedral insulating box by installing an inner partition; forming air outlets on the insulation box while the size, the number, and the positions of the air outlets are optimally standardized; and discharging a urethane raw material which is previously mixed at the optimal position inside the insulation box so that air existing inside the insulation box when foaming urethane is discharged via a raw material injection hose or a through-hole for inserting a pipe at the initiatory stage. After the raw material injection hose and the through-hole, the air is smoothly discharged via the air outlets on the top surface of the insulation box after blocking and the urethane is fully filled inside the insulation box while maintaining uniform density at the same time.
