<p>The operation mode of power storage units in a power supply system can be selected to allow one voltage conversion unit to perform voltage conversion operation and stop another voltage conversion unit. For stable operation of the power supply system, a voltage conversion selection unit is provided to select the one voltage conversion unit to be allowed to perform the voltage conversion operation based on output voltages of the respective corresponding power storage units. The voltage conversion selection unit switches between the voltage conversion units to be allowed to perform the voltage conversion operation, when the output voltage of the power storage unit corresponding to the one voltage conversion unit becomes lower by an amount exceeding a threshold voltage than the output voltage of the power storage unit corresponding to the another voltage conversion unit of which voltage conversion operation has been stopped.</p> |
